You can choose your desired necklace length, stone color combinations, and pendants directly on our website. Each piece is made-to-order, allowing you to create a truly personalized and unique piece of jewelry.

2. What materials are used in your necklaces?
We use high-quality natural stones like jasper, agate, and Chrysoprase, among others. Our stones are carefully and ethically sourced as much as possible with pendants made only by local artists.

3. Are the necklaces handmade?
Yes! All our jewelry is handcrafted by local artists. Each piece is carefully made with attention to detail, ensuring you receive a one-of-a-kind, artisanal necklace.

 

4. Where do your materials come from?
Many of our stones, such as jasper, are sourced within Australia, including places like the Kimberley and other rich geological sites. We take pride in using natural materials that showcase the earth's beauty.

However we do source stones from overseas such as the blues and whites.

5. How long does it take to receive my custom necklace?
Since each piece is handmade and customised to your specifications, it typically takes 10 days from the time of order to dispatch. We ensure every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

6. Can I add more than one pendant to my necklace?
Yes, you have the option to add multiple pendants to your necklace. Simply select your preferred pendants during customisation, or contact us directly.

7. Do you offer repairs or resizing?
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you need repairs or adjustments, such as resizing your necklace, please contact us, and we will assist you with the best options.

 

8. What makes your jewellery different from mass-produced pieces?
Our necklaces are not mass-produced. Each one is individually handcrafted by local artists using high-quality, natural materials. This ensures that no two pieces are exactly alike, offering a unique connection to both the land and local artistry.

 

9. Can I buy a pre-made necklace?

10. Do you ship internationally?
